I love how the other guy starts freaking out when he sees the lady get punched.

GTA pedestrian logic. Player hits pole, random person screams and runs like they witnessed a murder.

Would you really not be scared in this situation? A guy is driving along the pavement fast enough to plough through street lamps. You're clearly in some danger.

That guy just decked someone who bumped into him. I wouldn't stick around either, he clearly can't be reasoned with.

It was someone that bumped into him, it's just hard to see.

In GTA V, if you bump a pedestrian into another pedestrian, even if they see you do it, the AI blames whatever hit them to knock them off balance, so you can run around getting AI to fight one another by bumping a ped into another ped.

This is easier with female peds, because they're way, way less likely to try and fight you if you bump them.
